Identity runs on Keycloak OIDC, with per-endpoint permissions and record-level ownership checks enforced server-side.

Straight answers
Is So7tek a medical provider?
No. So7tek is a software platform that helps you coordinate care. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it is not a substitute for your clinician.
Does it include built-in video calling?
Not today. Virtual appointments are scheduled in So7tek and carry a secure meeting link that opens in your usual video app. Built-in calling is not part of the platform.
Which vitals can it monitor?
Heart rate, blood pressure, temperature and blood-oxygen (SpO₂). Ingestion is device-agnostic — readings arrive as structured data, so new sources can be added without changing the platform.
What does the AI assistant actually do?
It answers questions grounded in a single patient’s own readings and documents, with each patient’s data kept in an isolated store and every query written to an audit trail. It does not diagnose.
Can I buy a plan online?
Not yet — plans are set up with our team so we can match the right configuration to your clinic or organisation. Get in touch and we will walk you through it.
Is my data shared with other clinicians automatically?
No. Sharing is explicit and patient-controlled. A clinician only sees a document once the patient has granted access to it, and that grant can be withdrawn at any point.
